For most items where a fee is charged there is a discounted fee for pensioner concession or health care card holders so that the gap is limited to around $50.00.

Scripts and Referrals – Patients are required to make an appointment for all scripts and referrals.
Cancellation Fee/ No Show Fee
If a patient fails to attend an appointment or cancels within 3 hours of their appointment time, there is a fee of $30. This is to be charged at the discretion of the doctors.
Procedures (I.e. Cryotherapy, Excision, Biopsy) – Please be advised that these incur an out of pocket expense depending on the procedure. This expense ranges from $20 – $100 and is charged to all patients regardless of age or billing status. Please ensure to ask the doctor of charge when booking.
