Due to rising business costs, this practice will be increasing our fees as of Monday the 12th May, 2026.
We have tried to keep the costs as reasonable as possible for our patients and despite the ongoing pressures created by the pandemic, we postponed this increase as long as possible. As always, if you have any issues paying, we encourage you to reach out and discuss this with your GP.
The new consultation fees are as follows:
Standard consultation (Level B)
Fee payable at time of consultation $105.00
Medicare rebate as per mbs
Level C consultation
Fee payable at time of consultation $155.00
Medicare rebate as per mbs
Telehealth Charges
We will also be charging patients the above rates for Telehealth consultation rather than it being a discounted fee.
Other Fees
We will also be increasing our fees for other items such as excisions, mental health care plans and other procedures.

Due to changes made to Medicare, as of the 10th of January 2022 we will no longer be able to Bulk bill all Telephone and Video consultations. There will now be a slight gap fee, this will be applied at the Doctor’s discretion. You will be notified via text message after the consult if there is a charge and be required to pay this fee, before we send off any scripts.

Payment can be made either over the phone (by credit card) or in person (when you collect scripts)
We are posting this to inform all our patients that as of the 1st of March we will be changing our Bulk Billing procedures.
At present we have been bulk billing children aged 16 and under, however, due to changes made by Medicare this is no longer practicable. Therefore, as of the 1st of march we no longer be bulk billing
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
We are now doing some of our consults over the phone. Please contact us to arrange a time. If you have an appointment booked in the near future, a receptionist will contact you a few days before your appointment.

Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff. We abide by the ten National Privacy Principles available at http://www.privacy.gov.au/health/index.html
A “Privacy and Medical Records” information sheet is available on our website.
The practice participates in state and national recall and reminder systems such as the Pap Test Register, Australian Immunisation Register, Bowelscreen etc. If you do not wish to participate please let us know.
